Built for operators. Now open to all Americans.
The idea came to Johan Mackie on active duty: Special Operations Forces and their families needed a carrier that could not be used against them. Then he learned how much targetable data was being collected and sold to brokers anyone could buy from. Stalkers. Scammers. Foreign adversaries. That made it bigger than SOF: every American needs this. So we opened it to the public.
We built Mackie Mobile to ensure that no one, whether domestic scammers or foreign nation-state adversaries, could identify, target, or compromise the people protecting this country.
The original mission was straightforward: the OPSEC phone plan Johan needed on active duty did not exist, so he built it. A carrier for Special Operations Forces, law enforcement, and government personnel that operates at the security standard they were trained to expect. No data collection. No location tracking. No identity exposure. Service activates with a ZIP code only. No name. No ID. No verification.
Then we looked at what was happening to everyone else.
The same surveillance techniques we spent careers defending against were being used on American families. Carriers were selling location data. Phishing attacks were draining bank accounts. SIM swaps were destroying lives. And the companies Americans trusted with their communications were the ones profiting from their exploitation.
Every American deserves the same level of protection we built for the most demanding operators on earth.

MetaCert protects more crypto companies than all other security providers combined, with zero breaches reported among protected users.
LinkedInWe spent careers protecting this country from foreign adversaries. When we came home, we found that the same surveillance and exploitation techniques we trained to counter were being used on American families by the companies they trusted most.
That is not acceptable. So we built the solution.
Integrity
The non-negotiable. We do what we say. No exceptions. No excuses.
Discipline
Forged in Special Operations. We do not quit until the mission is complete.
Transparency
No hidden fees. No fine print. You see exactly what you are paying for and exactly what we are doing with your data: nothing.
Fourth Amendment
Your right to be secure in your persons, papers, and effects is not a feature we offer. It is the foundation we built on.
Why MetaCert

Why prvc.app
The world's most private and secure messenger, included with every Mackie Mobile plan. Patented technology. No one else comes close. Not Signal. Not Telegram. Not WhatsApp. Text, voice, video, and file transfer: all peer-to-peer, all identity-free, all quantum-secure.
Messages are encrypted, shattered into random shards, each re-encrypted with unique algorithms, and scattered across geographically distributed servers. Once received, every shard evaporates. Nothing remains to intercept or recover (US Patent 20210194859A1).
Does not rely on SSL certificates, domain names, or commercial encryption algorithms that foreign state-sponsored hackers are known to compromise. Custom-built from the ground up.
No phone number, email, username, or password required. Foreign adversaries cannot target what they cannot identify.
Pure peer-to-peer. No single point of failure for foreign actors to exploit. Nothing to hack. Nothing to breach.
Foreign governments have developed capabilities to bypass biometric security. A PIN stays in your head, where no foreign actor can reach it.
Each message generates a fresh public-private key pair. There is no single master key that unlocks your communications. Foreign adversaries would need to independently defeat every single message, making mass interception impossible by design.
Your IP address changes at random intervals while you use prvc.app. You are never in the same place twice, so you cannot be tracked or pinned down.
All messages auto-delete. No archive, no history, no digital trail left behind to recover. What is gone is gone.
No mirroring, no companion apps, no account recovery, ever. One device, one PIN, minimal attack surface by design.
"We set out to build our own messenger. During research, we discovered prvc.app. It had everything on our requirements list, plus capabilities we had not even considered. Signal requires a phone number. Telegram stores data on servers. WhatsApp is owned by Meta. Every one of them failed. prvc.app was the only one that passed every single requirement, and then exceeded them." Johan Mackie, Founder & CEO
