Johan Mackie is a retired Special Operations Veteran, with infantry, security cooperation, and diplomatic service. Led diplomatically sensitive missions in multiple theaters for the U.S. government. Managed and executed strategic efforts at multiple U.S. Embassies. As a graduate of Ranger School, Defense Security Cooperation University, and the United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, he is an expert in Security, Countersurveillance, Civil Reconnaissance, Humanitarian Assistance, Foreign Military Sales, Global Train & Equip, Security Assistance, and Strategic Negotiations.

During a diplomatic assignment in Niger, a local friend gifted our founder a gazelle named Leif for his compound. It seemed like an unusual gift.
