He was a former Head of a Diplomatic Mission’s International Vetting and Security Tracking-cloud System. As a graduate of the Defense Security Cooperation University, he is a specialized expert in Humanitarian Assistance, Foreign Military Sales, Global Train & Equip, Security Assistance, and Strategic Negotiations. “If there is a will, there is a way, nothing is impossible"

Tyler Wine

President & COO

Tyler Wine brings over 20 years of military and diplomatic expertise. As a Special Operations Veteran, he has led hundreds of combat and diplomatically sensitive missions. Tyler also served as Deputy Chief of Security Cooperation at a U.S. Embassy. As a graduate of the Defense Security Cooperation University, he is an expert in Humanitarian Assistance, Foreign Military Sales, and Strategic Negotiations.
